The Irish Times site has all of the Catholic Parish Maps as well as civil parishes and a wealth of other information. These maps are interactive, and if you click on a parish it will give the years and locations of the parish records. If you go to the sitemap at http://scripts.ireland.com/ancestor/sitemap.htm you can access a wealth of information on each county, barony, poor law union, civil parish, and townland.
This is the Longford RC Parish map from Irish Times (it is not interactive). Here is the Westmeath map.
Map of County Longford. This is a "tourist" map, however it does show the locations of townlands of Legan and Abbeyshurle, as well as Tang and Moyvore in Westmeath.
Another County Longford map.
